We want every Luxcape parcel to arrive as a moment of joy. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — gently and fairly.

🌿 Changed Your Mind?
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

❗️Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used candles, unless they are faulty.

🕯️ Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
We're truly sorry if your item didn’t arrive as expected. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

🚚 Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Our UK return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
