At Luxcape, we want every parcel to arrive as a moment of joy. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — gently and fairly.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items offered at 30% or more discount off the original retail price are final sale and eligible for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that items must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear.

🕯️ Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
We’re truly sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: support@shopluxcape.com

Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

Outbound shipping is free on all orders.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Our UK return address will be provided via email once your request is approved.

LUXCAPE reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or returns that do not meet our conditions. Refused returns will be sent back to the mailing address on file. By making a purchase, you agree to abide to our store policies.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Purchases made using our store gift card / gift certificates are only eligible for exchange of equal value.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
