You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

❗️ Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles unless they are faulty.

For clothing, items must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear.

🕯️ Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
We’re truly sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

🚚 Return Shipping

Outbound shipping is free on all orders.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Our UK return address will be provided via email once your request is approved.
